Anastomosis grouping of isolates of Rhizoctonia solani

Anastomosis grouping of isolates of Rhizoctonia solani

Indian Phytopathology 45(1): 109-110

An attempt was made to group 19 isolates of R. solani from different crops in Himachal Pradesh, India, on the basis of their anastomosis reaction. The isolates were categorized into HAG (Himachal Pradesh anastomosis group), 1, HAG 2 and HAG 3 with 16, 2 and 1 isolates, respectively.
