Anatomical observation on femoral and popliteal veins in two-humped camel

Anatomical observation on femoral and popliteal veins in two-humped camel

Qinghai Xumu Shouyi Zazhi ( 5): 4-7

Examination of 7 limbs of bactrian camels showed that the femoral vein is a continuation of the popliteal vein and is the main vein in the thigh. Its branches are the distal caudal femoral, descending genicular, medial saphenous, middle caudal femoral, proximal caudal femoral, and lateral circumflex femoral veins.
