, : Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuillemin as a pathogen of ash weevil, Stereonychus fraxini Deg. (Col., Curculionidae), in Bulgaria. Journal of Applied Entomology, 1143: 275-279

A Beauveria bassiana epizootic in an adult population of Stereonychus fraxini was observed in Fraxinus stands in Longoza Forest, Bulgaria, in 1988. The level of infection amounted to 58.3%. The newly isolated local strain was tested against newly emerged and overwintered adults.
