Beekeeping and honey sources in the United States
The plants responsible for most of the USA's honey production can be divided into 3 groups: clovers and alfalfa; oilseed plants (rape, soyabean, sunflower etc.); miscellaneous (29 plants responsible for about 35% of the USA honey crop are listed).
