Behavior of grapevine rootstocks to Meloidogyne javanica (Treub, 1885) Chitwood 1949

, : Behavior of grapevine rootstocks to Meloidogyne javanica (Treub, 1885) Chitwood 1949. Revista Mexican de Fitopatologia 10(1): 54-59

Populations of root-knot nematode from several vineyards in the Coast of Hermosillo, Sonora were identified by perineal patterns and differential hosts. Meloidogyne javanica, M. incognita and M. arenaria were identified. Ramsey, Freedom, Hoppenehim, Teleki, Couderc 1613, Dogridge, Couderc 1616, Kobber, Harmony grape rootstocks and Carignane variety were evaluated to M. javanica in greenhouse tests. Harmony and Freedom were apparently resistant.
