Behaviour of 5 raspberry cultivars under biennial cropping system cultivation

, : Behaviour of 5 raspberry cultivars under biennial cropping system cultivation. Revue Suisse de Viticulture, d' Arboriculture et d' Horticulture 23(6): 379-385

In a 5-year experiment, cultivars Radboud, Malling Exploit, Himbo Star and Rumiloba were planted in 1985 at an experimental site at Bruson at an altitude of 1060 m. Two systems of biennial cropping were investigated: (i) rows 1.7 m apart with alternate rows cropping in alternate years, and (ii) rows 2.2 m apart with alternate plots cropping in alternate years.
