Cell wall degrading enzymes production by seed-borne fungi isolated from chilgoza (Pinus gerardiana Wall)

Details are given of the activity of 3 pectic and 2 cellulolytic enzymes produced by 9 fungi isolated from these seeds. High amounts of protopectinase were produced by Curvularia lunata Trichothecium roseum and Trichoderma harzianum.
