Distribution of NO3- and exchangeable K in soil with drip irrigation. Effect of different types and methods of fertilization

On a bare Typic Xerofluvent three compound fertilizers (containing NO3-N, NH4-N and isotubilendiurea) were applied through trickle irrigation to study NO3 and exchangeable K contents in soil. As compared to broadcast application soil NO3 content showed a slight increase with the highest concentration near the dripper. At the end of the two month treatment NO3 recovery was 56%.
