In spring soyabeans Xiangchun Dou13 and Xiangchun Dou14, DM accumulation was most rapid between pod setting and pod filling growth stages; 40% of total accumulation took place during this period. Between the start of flowering and pod setting 32% of total DM accumulation took place. Between branching and pod setting growth stages N and P contents were highest in leaves at 3.7-4.1 and 0.28-0.29%, respectively. At all developmental stages K content was high in the stems (1.69-1.78%).
