Ecological and genetical study of pea mutants with early onset of flowering

Ecological and genetical study of pea mutants with early onset of flowering

Genet kul' t vidov rastenii: 23-38

Five early-flowering mutants induced in Torsdag were tested at 2 sites: in the Novosibirsk province of Siberia and the Leningrad province of European Russia. The principal mutant characters (early onset of flowering, short growth period and low angle of formation of the first flower) were seen at both sites but were generally better expressed in the Leningrad province.
