Ecological studies on natural beech forest. (38). Annual life histories of some woody species in summer-green forest at Nukumi-daira (preliminary report)

Ecological studies on natural beech forest. (38). Annual life histories of some woody species in summer-green forest at Nukumi-daira (preliminary report)

Bulletin of the Niigata University Forests ( 23): 49-84

Phenology, reproductive behaviour, bud, foliage and shoot development, and photosynthate allocation were analysed for 49 woody plant or liana species growing in broadleaved forest located at the Iide mountains, Honshu, Japan. Observations were made on 17 occasions between May and November 1988.
