Ecological-faunistic characteristics of plant nematodes of tomato and its rhizosphere in Karakalpakia



Uzbeksii Biologicheskii Zhurnal ( 5): 43-45



Fifty tomato plant samples (var. Volgograd) from a vegetable farm in the Nukus area of Karakalpakia (Uzbekistan) were examined in 1985-1986 and 35 were found infected with nematodes. Of the 38 species found, 18 were Rhabditida, 16 Tylenchida, 2 Enoplida and 1 Mononchida.
