Economic analysis of Hur-al-Azim reeds for use in lignocellulose based industries



Iranian Journal of Natural Resources ( 46): 33-45 (Pe), 4 (En)



An economic analysis of the production costs of manufacturing particleboards from reeds (Arundo donax) which are the dominant species in the 60 000 ha Hur-al-Azim wetlands of Iran, indicated that costs would be less than those from using solid wood as raw material.
