Economic benefits of combining spring protein peas with pig production in the north of France

In the north of France there are more mixed farms than in any other region and many of these incorporate pigs with spring protein peas which can be used as a pig feed. Six farms were studied to examine the economic impact of combining peas and pigs and producing on-farm pig feeds.
