Economic problems of farm mechanization in Poland in the international context

A comparison is made between the degree and pace of mechanization in Poland and in western Europe. While in many western European countries, notably France and Germany, a stage has been reached where there is a decrease in growth of the number of tractors, in Poland the availability of tractors and farm machinery in general is considerably less.
