Effect of certain seed-borne fungi on seed germination and seedling vigour of groundnut

Groundnut seed germination was not affected by Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, A. terreus, Rhizoctonia bataticola (Macrophomina phaseolina) or Fusarium moniliforme (all pathogens commonly occurring on groundnut seeds), but shoot and root growth and total dry weight per plant were reduced.
