In trials on very good rye complex soil at Chylice, 8 different 3-course rotations including cereals, potatoes, fodder beet, grasses and legumes were grown in 1984-86 and cereal test crops (winter wheat, triticale and spring barley) were grown in 1987-89. Two rates of NPK were applied to the rotations and the test crops. Total DM and oat FU yields for the rotations are tabulated. Both were increased by the higher NPK rate in all rotations.
