Effect of different seed dressing fungicides against certain seed-borne fungi of groundnut

Of the 5 fungicides tested in vitro, carbendazim was the most effective in inhibiting the growth of Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, A. terreus and Rhizoctonia bataticola (Macrophomina phaseolina), followed by carbendazim + thiram and captan.
