Effect of extenders, additives and deep freezing on the leakage of transaminases from Murrah buffalo spermatozoa

, : Effect of extenders, additives and deep freezing on the leakage of transaminases from Murrah buffalo spermatozoa. Buffalo Journal 9(1): 55-64

The effects of diluent (Tris, citrate and lactose), additives (0.1% cysteine, 0.1% EDTA and 1.0% raffinose), and freezing for 24 h on the leakage of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transaminase (GPT) from Murrah buffalo spermatozoa were studied.
