Effect of growth regulators and mineral fertilizer application on yield and chemical composition of spring wheat
In field trials in 1987-89, spring wheat Jara was sprayed with water or with cytokinins or auxins, with or without urea. BA or IAA was applied at the beginning of tillering and kinetin or NAA at the start of flowering; urea was applied on the 2nd date. These treatments were combined with 3 NPK rates. Data are given on DW and N content of spikes, stems and 1st leaf at flowering, 10 and 20 d from the beginning of flowering and at maturity.
