In a field experiment over a 3 year period at Morgantown, West Virginia, pastures with Dactylis glomerata, Poa pratensis, Festuca arundinacea, Trifolium repens and T. pratense were treated with fluidized bed combustion residue (FBCR, a product resulting from the removal of S from high-S coals) or lime twice/year and ewes with their lambs were grazed at 2 stocking rates from late Apr. to Oct.
