Magyar Allatorvosok Lapja 47(12): 670-683
Estimation by computer of losses on a broiler farm
A computer program was developed to estimate the losses on a large-scale broiler farm. The program evaluates the daily value increase of each chicken from the first day of life and the value loss, in case of death. It evaluates the special losses, such as suffocation, losses caused by certain diseases of high economic importance, results of drug therapy.
