Ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase induction in fish from a watershed exposed to a non-point source pollution of agricultural origin

, : Ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase induction in fish from a watershed exposed to a non-point source pollution of agricultural origin. Water Research Oxford 27(3): 449-455

The activity of a P-450 dependent enzyme, ethoxyresonifin-O-deethylase (EROD), was measured in the livers of 6 species of fish from a watershed exposed to pesticide runoff (5 herbicides, 6 fungicides and 1 insecticide) from nearby vineyards.

Current health policies assume that prescribing is more efficient and rational when general practitioners (GPs) work with a formulary or restricted drugs lists and thus with a limited range of drugs.
