European integration - opportunities and risks for farmers in Austria

, : European integration - opportunities and risks for farmers in Austria. Osterreichische Milchwirtschaft 47(13): 7-10

It is argued that European integration cannot take place without Austria, and that access to EC markets and increased exports are plus points. Increased competition and loss of subsidies with mean loss of earnings give difficulties for farmers.
