European raw milk processors attend FROMAGORA II in Niort

A report is presented on the second FROMAGORA conference, held in Niort, France, on 26 April 1992, on the theme of raw milk cheesemaking. The conference was organized by the Federation Regionale des Syndicats Caprins Poitou-Charentes-Vendee, and reviewed recent research into raw milk and cheesemaking. It also discussed the French position on raw milk products, consumer attitudes, EC legislation and small-scale farmhouse cheesemaking.
