Mineral status was estimated in growing pigs given rapeseed oilmeal from old or new, low-glucosinolate varieties without or with soyabean oilmeal and supplemented with iodine. Trace elements and vitamin A status of pigs given low-glucosinolate rapeseed oilmeal and low I supplements was not affected; in pigs given high-glucosinolate rapeseed plus iodine, Cu and Zn status were affected, but not Fe, Mn or vitamin A.
