Extraction of atrazine, cyanazine, desethylatrazine, desisopropylatrazine, and metolachlor from fortified western cornbelt soils by SFE with CO2

Analytical Chemistry Washington 66(5): 645-650

Extraction of atrazine, cyanazine, desethylatrazine, desisopropylatrazine, and metolachlor from fortified western cornbelt soils by SFE with CO2

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) using CO2 was evaluated as an alternative to polar organic solvents or water for the quantitative removal of atrazine, two of its metabolites (desethylatrazine and desisopropylatrazine), cyanazine and metolachlor, from agricultural soils.
