Genetic analysis of resistance to leaf rust in introgressive lines of common wheat

Wheat lines CMT and 146-155-T, resistant to brown rust were obtained by backcrossing and selection against artificial infections in hybrid generations from the susceptible soft wheat cultivar Saratovskaya 29, the soft wheat mutant 146-155 and the resistant species Triticum timopheevii and hybrid F1 (T. militinae x timopheevii). Identification of resistance genes in the new wheat lines was conducted.
