Genetic architecture of Gossypium arboreum

Indian Journal of Genetics and Plant Breeding 52(3): 257-260

Information on genetic variance is derived from data on 8 yield components in a set of 9 generations (parents, F1s, F2s and backcrosses) derived from the cross G27 X H436 grown at Ludhiana. Significant additive and dominance gene effects were observed for the various traits.
