Genetic characterization of inbred strains of the rat (Rattus norvegicus)

This paper tabulates the allele distributions of 39 polymorphic enzyme/protein loci in 156 rat strains, and the haplotypes at 2 esterase gene clusters in the strains for which the defined haplotypes are specific.
