Genetic differentiation of garlic cultivars using multivariate analysis



Agronomia Colombiana 9(1): 67-73



Based on Mahalanobis' D2 value, following evaluations during 1990-91, 14 Colombian cultivars were divided into 3 groups. One of the groups contained genotypes with bulbs almost always unprotected by their outer dry scale leaves, while the others contained genotypes with covered bulbs but differed from each other in bulb size, plant height and disease reaction.
