Genetic effect of marker genes on economic characters in isolines of cotton species Gossypium hirsutum L

Genetic effect of marker genes on economic characters in isolines of cotton species Gossypium hirsutum L

Izvestiya Akademii Nauk Turkmenskoi SSR Seriya Biologicheskikh Nauk ( 1): 16-21

The sources of mutant (marker) genes were S15-204 with the gene L2o for okra leaf in linkage group II, Akala Krasnolistnaya with the gene R1 for anthocyanin plant coloration in linkage group III, Azerbaidzhan 50 with the gene for entire leaf Rl2 in linkage group XIX, and forms with 2 mutant alleles (L2o and Rl2, each combined with R1). The recurrent parents in backcrosses were the lines Li3076 and Li3077.
