the Federal Government bill on Genetic Engineering stimulated a strong public interest and serious objections were raised. The topics criticized include inter alia the proposed regulations on liability which it is argued should not become law. The Bill's concept of lability encumbers the victims in an unacceptable manner with the unknown and unpredictable risks of genetic engineering.
