Genetic investigations in pathosystems Triticum-Puccinia sp.-Erysiphe sp

Soviet Agricultural Sciences ( 4): 24-28

Results are presented from a study of the genetic structure of populations of P. graminis, P. recondita, P. striiformis and E. graminis in the north Caucasus in relation to the identification of effective resistance genes in the host. These results are seen as important for breeding resistant varieties in this region of Russia.
