RFLPs demonstrating X-linked inheritance were previously identified for proteolipid protein (PLP) and thyroxine-binding globulin (TBG) in sheep. Genetic linkage between ovine PLP and TBG was examined in a 3-generation flock containing 122 individuals using RFLP techniques.
