Six variable gene loci (GDH, glutamate dehydrogenase; GOT-A, GOT-B and GOT-C, aspartate aminotransferase; and MDH-C and MDH-D, malate dehydrogenase) were used to study the genetic structure of this Polish seed orchard. Allelic and genotypic frequencies, observed and expected heterozygosities and Wright's F fixation indices were identified for the 32 clones and for the total population of 1056 grafts.
