Genetic structure of the F2 and backcrosses when a marker locus is linked with the locus for gametophytic self incompatibility

Genetic structure of the F2 and backcrosses when a marker locus is linked with the locus for gametophytic self incompatibility

Genetika Moskva 28(10): 95-113

In a theoretical genetic analysis of marker traits linked to the S gene in species with monogenically controlled gametophytic self incompatibility, it is shown that segregation in test crosses and the F2 depends on the S genotypes of the source plants and plants from the F1.
