Intrabreed genetic variability of cows' milk protein content

, : Intrabreed genetic variability of cows' milk protein content. Soviet Agricultural Sciences ( 11): 47-49

Data were analysed on 57 daughters of 7 bulls in an Ayrshire herd, 122 daughters of 19 bulls in a Bestuzhev herd, and 115 daughters of 9 bulls in a Kholmogory herd. The hsuperscript 2s of total protein, casein and its 7 fractions and whey protein and its 7 fractions are tabulated separately for each breed.
