Intratesticular inoculation of Paracoccidioides brasiliensis antigen containing 43 kDa glycoprotein into hamsters
P. brasiliensis antigen containing a 43 kDa glycoprotein was inoculated both pure and diluted 1/100 intratesticularly into hamsters. Control antigen was inoculated under the same conditions into another group of hamsters. After 5 wk there were no histopathological alterations in the testes, lungs, liver, spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes or intestines of the inoculated animals.
