The intrinsic rates of increase of the braconids Cotesia orientalis and C. diurnii and the ichneumonid Diadegma trichoptilus, parasitoids of Exelastis atomosa, were determined in the laboratory at 24 degrees C and 55-60% RH. The intrinsic rates of increase were 0.188, 0.158 and 0.149, resp., and the populations multiplied by 41.93, 25.99 and 25.63 times in mean generation times of 19.87, 20.61 and 21.77 days.
