Introduction of monitoring activities at the main-canal level: a study of the Kirindi Oya right bank main road-Maha 1991/92
The first phase of the introduction of a simulation model of flow into the day-to-day decision making processes is described. This is intended to improve management of manually operated main canals at the Kirindi Oya scheme in southern Sri Lanka.
