, : Investigation of yield and technological traits of grain of the intergenus hybrids triticale (x Triticosecale Wittmack). Review of Research Work at the Faculty of Agriculture, Belgrade 38(2): 71-82

The results are presented of a 2-year study of yield and quality traits in 9 hexaploid varieties and lines compared with wheat and rye. The main shortcomings of the triticales were tall straw, poor grain plumpness and low quality for flour production, but some donors of favourable traits were identified. A high score for fertile tiller number was seen in Lasko, whereas most other varieties were inferior to rye and wheat.
