Land use survey using remote sensing and geographical information systems

Land use survey using remote sensing and geographical information systems

Advances in Space Research 12(7): 395-405

A system which integrates Remote Sensing (RS) data and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) information, has been developed for land use survey in Hiroshima City, Japan. The system consists of three interrelated subsystems; a personal computer, a minicomputer and an engineering workstation.
