Micropropagation of lady's lace in relation to a virus inciting mosaic disease
A micropropagation technique for lady's lace (Pimpinella monoica) revealed that 4 test media (MS, MS1, MS2 and MC) could induce axillary shoot growth from healthy shoot tip explants. Addition of 2,4-D and coconut milk to MC medium led to the production of calluses.
