Milk protein yield. 80% genetics, 80% feeding, 80% know-how

Production Laitiere Moderne ( 208): 30-32
Milk protein yield. 80% genetics, 80% feeding, 80% know-how
A feature is presented on the 'Le Valton' GAEC (Groupement Agricole d'Exploitation en Commun), based in Landes-Genusson, near Cholet, France. 66 milk producers are involved in the cooperative, which has succeeded in increasing milk protein yields by an average of 33.6% in 1990/91.
