For 26 Malaga goats in their 3rd or 4th lactation and 96 Murcia-Granada (MG) goats in their 3rd lactation, kidding in Jan., and 96 MG goats in their 2nd lactation, kidding in Sep., lactation duration averaged 292, 280 and 332 days resp., and lactation milk yield 621.72, 468.16 and 646.7 kg. Data are tabulated for the percentages of ewes in the 3 groups producing single, twin and triplet kids and the effects of season on the lactation curve.
