Dansk Veterinaertidsskrift 75(23): 1034-1035
Milk: new requirements for control and production
Contents and effects of a new Danish law, a new Directive and 2 agreements, all dated 1992, are examined. Controls undertaken by MLK units will be extended to cover manufacturing milk, dairy herds, milk products and all firms manufacturing milk products.
