Polyphenoloxidase and ascorbatoxidase activity of tomato plants in response to Alternaria alternata cultural filtrates

Changes in polyphenoloxidase and ascorbate oxidase activity of the resistant tomato genotype 82602029 and susceptible genotype 84602046 were observed in response to cultural filtrates from a strongly aggressive isolate of A. alternata (50-19) and weakly aggressive isolate (50-12).
