, : Prediction models on nitrogen fertilization for rainfed rice (Oryza sativa) and post-monsoon sorghum (Sorghum bicolor). Indian Journal of Agricultural Sciences 63(8): 489-492

Field data of rice grown on Oxisols during the monsoon seasons in 1975-81 at Ranchi, Bihar, and given 0-80 kg N/ha, and of sorghum grown on Inceptisols at Solapur, Maharashtra, in 1978-81 and given 0-75 kg N were used to model optimum N requirement depending on the amount of rainfall received.
