Relationship between IgG1 and IgG4 antibodies to foods and the development of IgE antibodies to inhalant allergens. 1. Establishment of a scoring system for the overall food responsiveness and its application to 213 unselected children

, : Relationship between IgG1 and IgG4 antibodies to foods and the development of IgE antibodies to inhalant allergens. 1. Establishment of a scoring system for the overall food responsiveness and its application to 213 unselected children. Clinical and Experimental Allergy 21(1): 91-98

To obtain reference values for subsequent investigations, the immunoglobulin (Ig)G1 and IgG4 antibody values to common foods in the serum of 213 unselected children (3 months to 14 years old) were estimated. The children were clustered into 5 age groups and tested on a broad screening panel of common foods.
